Terms & Conditions for Customer Support Initiative

1. Introduction
This initiative is a loyalty reward program organized by Secure Future Care Private Limited (CIN: [Apna CIN Number Yahan Likhein]), a company registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), India, since 2016. This program is designed to support our digital community upon reaching a specific business milestone.
2. Milestone Eligibility
The internal review and financial assistance process will commence strictly after the completion of 20,000 (Twenty Thousand) active customers on the platform (wintechguru.org). An “Active Customer” is defined as a user who has purchased any digital service (eBooks, Courses, or Services) or participated in our affiliate program.
3. Selection & Internal Review Process
Once the 20,000-customer milestone is achieved, the company’s Board of Directors will conduct an Internal Review.
26 Customers will be selected based on their engagement, loyalty, and contribution to the platform.
The selection is at the sole discretion of Secure Future Care Private Limited to ensure fairness and transparency.
4. Financial Assistance Details
A total financial aid of approximately Rs. 5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) will be distributed among the 26 selected customers.
The amount per person may vary based on the internal review criteria.
5. Financial Transparency & Payments
All transactions related to this initiative will be processed strictly through the Company’s Official Current Bank Account.
No cash transactions will be entertained.
Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) or government taxes will be deducted as per Indian Income Tax laws before the final payout.
6. No Entry Fee
This is not a lottery or gambling. There is no separate entry fee to participate in this review. It is a value-added benefit for being a customer of our digital services.
7. Compliance & Legal
Secure Future Care Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program if required by law or unforeseen technical issues. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the company’s registered office is located.

Payment Gateway: Website par Razorpay ya Cashfree jaisa reputed payment gateway lagayein. Ye sirf Registered Companies ko milte hain, jo aapki authenticity prove karta hai.

CIN Number: Terms page ke footer mein apna Company Identification Number (CIN) zarur daalein.
