1. Digital Products – E-Books, Online Courses, EMI Calculators & Digital Guides:Our digital products are delivered instantly via download link / login access on your registered email immediately after successful payment.Since digital products cannot be returned after access is granted, we have a STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY once the product is delivered / accessed / downloaded.If you face any technical issue in downloading or accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at mail@wintechguru.org with your Order ID and Payment Screenshot. Our team will fix the download issue or provide alternate access within 48 working hours. This is not a refund, but technical support.
2. Physical Products – Garments, Mall Products (If Applicable):If you ordered any physical product from WinTechGuruMart.com / WinTechGuruMall.com and received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery with unboxing video + photo proof.After verification, we will replace the product or issue a refund. Customer needs to courier the product back at their cost for verification in case of physical damage.
3. Double Payment / Failed Transaction / Duplicate Charge:If your money is debited twice for the same order or payment is deducted but Order ID is not generated due to technical failure, please email us within 7 days at mail@wintechguru.org with Bank Statement Proof. After verification with our payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree/PhonePe), the extra amount will be fully refunded to your original payment source.
4. Rewards Points & Referral Commission:Reward Points credited to your Rewards Wallet (1 Point = ₹1 Discount) are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They can only be used as discount on next purchase, valid for 365 days. If order is cancelled/refunded, related Reward Points will be cancelled.Referral Commission is performance-based and paid only when your referred customer completes a valid service purchase. This is a direct referral program, not a multi-level marketing program. Single-Level Only.
5. Cancellation Policy:Digital product orders cannot be cancelled after payment as access is instant. For physical products, you can cancel before dispatch by emailing us at mail@wintechguru.org. Once dispatched, cancellation will be treated as per Return Policy above.6. Refund Timeline & Mode:If a refund is approved after review by Secure Future Care Private Limited, it will be processed to your ORIGINAL payment source only (Bank Account / UPI / Wallet) within 7-10 business working days. We do not process refunds in cash or to a different account.
