1. Digital Products – Instant Delivery:Our main products are Digital Products.- E-Books, PDF Tools, EMI Calculators, Online Courses, Advertising Services Reports.- Delivery Mode: Instant Digital Delivery via Email + Download Link on Website Dashboard.- Delivery Time: Within 0-2 Hours after successful payment verification. In most cases, instant.- How to Access: After payment, you will receive an email on your registered email ID with download link. You can also login to https://WinTechGuru.org > My Account > Downloads.- No Physical Shipping Required for Digital Products.- For any delivery issue, email us at mail@wintechguru.org with your Order ID within 24 Hours.
2. Physical Products – WinTechGuruMart.com & WinTechGuruMall.com:- Products: T-Shirts, Apparel, Garments, Dropshipping Mall Products.- Processing Time: Order processing within 2-3 working days after payment verification.- Shipping Time: 5-7 working days after dispatch (depending on location – Metro / Non-Metro).- Shipping Partners: India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart or other reputed courier partners.- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout page before payment. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 999/- (if applicable).- Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking ID and courier details will be shared on your registered email and WhatsApp within 24 Hours.- Address: Please provide complete and correct address with PIN Code, Mobile Number. We are not responsible for delay due to wrong address.
3. No Shipping Outside India:Currently we ship physical products only within India. Digital products can be purchased worldwide.
4. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention:To keep our system 100% fraud-free, all orders are manually verified with payment gateway. For high-value orders above Rs.10,000, we may ask for KYC (PAN + Aadhaar + Same Name Bank Account) before dispatch.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipment:If your physical product is delayed beyond 10 working days or tracking shows no movement for 5 days, please contact us at

We will coordinate with courier partner and resolve within 48 Hours.If shipment is lost by courier, we will re-dispatch same product or issue refund as per our Refund Policy at /refund-policy/
