We are a private company – Not a Government Authority. We are not affiliated with Passport Seva, Income Tax Dept, or any Govt. body. We charge a professional service fee for guidance, tools and digital products with proper invoice / receipt.

2. User Registration

Registering an account on WinTechGuru.org is FREE. No joining fee. Premium services require payment as per invoice. You must provide true information. False details may lead to account termination.

3. Payments

All payments are processed strictly through Company’s Official Current Account via verified digital modes (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) through RBI-authorized gateways Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe. Cash payment is not accepted.

4. No Guarantees – Disclaimer

We DO NOT promise Government approval, Government job, Guaranteed business profit, Fixed income. All digital products are for educational purpose only. Users use at their own discretion. Company not liable for official processing delays or business decisions. Government fee for passport Normal Rs.2500 / Tatkal Rs.5000 from 1 July 2026 is paid directly by customer on official portal.

5. Refund Policy

Digital products once delivered/accessed cannot be refunded except as per Refund Policy page /refund-policy/. Physical products return within 7 days if damaged with unboxing video proof. Double payment will be refunded after verification with payment gateway.

6. Intellectual Property

All eBooks, Courses, Tools, Logos, Content are property of Secure Future Care Private Limited. One purchase = One user license. No resale, copying or distribution without written permission.

7. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from website use shall be governed strictly under Indian laws and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Delhi, India only. Company reserves right to modify programs as per law & business requirements.
