Nature of Business We sell real digital and physical products:Digital: EMI Calculators, Financial Ebooks, PDF Tools, Document Guidance Services, Online Courses, Advertising Services.Physical: Apparel & Garments, Dropshipping Products via WinTechGuruMart / Mall.We are NOT a chit fund, prize chit, money circulation, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid scheme, lottery, gambling, or investment scheme. We sell real products with GST Invoice.
3. What is WinTechGuru Rewards Club?This is a Direct Customer Loyalty Program. It is NOT a lottery or lucky draw. Registration is 100% FREE. No joining fee.
3.1 Assured Reward Points:On every successful purchase on any of our domains, customer gets Assured Reward Points.Example: If you buy a product of Rs. 1000, you get 100 Reward Points.1 Reward Point = Rs. 1 Wallet Discount.These points are instantly credited to your my-rewards-wallet after bill verification.
3.2 Use of Points:Points are Non-Transferable, Non-Refundable, Non-Encashable to Bank.Points can be used ONLY as a discount on next purchase on wintechguru.org / wintechgurumart.com / wintechguruskills.com.Maximum 20% of order value can be paid via Reward Points. Rest via normal payment gateway (Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe).Points are valid for 365 Days from date of credit.
3.3 KYC is Mandatory:To redeem points above Rs. 10,000, customer must complete KYC - PAN Card + Aadhaar + Same Name Bank Account Verification. Points will be given to KYC verified person only. One person one account.
4. Diwali Performance Bonus (NOT Lottery / Lucky Draw)This is NOT a chance-based lottery. This is a Performance-Based Bonus for our Top Loyal Customers, distributed from company's own profit.
4.1 Criteria:If Company achieves its internal sales target for the Financial Year 2026-27 (Target Period: Till 31st Dec 2026), Company will distribute Performance Bonus from its own profit to its Top Spending Loyal Customers. If target not achieved, company reserves right to extend date to 31st Dec 2026 / 31st March 2027.
4.2 Selection Method - 100% Transparent & Skill-Based (No Random Draw):Winners will be selected SOLELY on the basis of Highest Total Valid Purchase Value across all our domains. No random draw, no lucky draw. A live leaderboard will be maintained on website for transparency.

4.3 Important Legal Clarifications:- This is NOT a lottery under Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.- No separate fee is charged for this bonus. Purchase of product is for real product only with invoice.- No one is promised any bonus at time of purchase. Bonus is dependent on Company achieving its target and customer's purchase value ranking.- Company reserves right to extend date from Diwali 2026 to New Year 31st Dec 2026 if target not achieved.- All taxes (TDS 30% on prize above Rs. 10,000 as per Income Tax Act 1961) will be deducted before handing over prize. PAN mandatory.- This is a direct referral & loyalty program. Affiliates earn commission only when a referred customer completes a valid service purchase. This is not multi-level marketing program. Commissions are performance-based and depend on successful service sales. Single-Level Only - No downline.
5. Compliance for Google, Meta, AdSense & Payment Gateway We do NOT run any Buy & Win Lottery ads.All our ads will say: Assured Reward Points on Every Purchase - Direct Customer Loyalty Program - No Lucky Draw, No Jackpot.For Payment Gateway (Razorpay / Cashfree / PhonePe): Our products are real digital goods with invoice + GST. Loyalty points are marketing expense, not money circulation. All payments via RBI-authorized PCI-DSS gateways. We DO NOT store card data.For AdSense: Our site has real content (EMI Calculator Tools, Ebooks). No deceptive claims.
6. Refund & Cancellation Digital Products (Ebook, EMI Calculator PDF, Courses): No refund after download/access as per /refund-policy/.Physical Products: 7 Days replacement if damaged with unboxing video proof.If order refunded, related reward points will be deducted / cancelled.Reward Points are Non-Refundable and cannot be encashed to bank.
